PASTA MAKING WORKSHOP (DAY1)
For our inaugural workshop, we are starting off with fresh pasta! They seem intimidating at first, but with some guidance everyone can do it!
In this workshop you will be guided to:
Make fresh pasta dough from scratch
Kneading and cutting them into 2 types of hand cut pasta
Bring it home to cook it yourself!
Taste the difference between fresh and dry pasta
Watch a cooking demonstration by our chef
***Both workshops are the same, they are not considered part 1 and part 2.
